I was cleaning out my zoom account and came accross this gem from a previous webinar I did in 2018 about happiness. A reflection if you will on the movie ‘Nappily Ever After’ on Nextflix’s.
I read the book because, that’s just what I do lol. What I noticed from reading the book and watching the movie had me thinking a lot about what is actual happiness and the lies (LYES-active ingredient in relaxers) society teaches about what it actually is and how to get it.
