Description

In this dharma talk, Brandt shares how we can use meditation to find clarity. Brandt discusses what clarity is and how through practice we can find a sense of lightness in our body and use this as a way to float towards these states of tranquility.

Brandt also shares some tips and advice on how to prepare your body and mind to sit for extended periods of time in meditation.
