God is beckoning us onward. To be courageous, to get into that "good trouble" that John Lewis talked about. Today's scripture reminds us that this calling to be like Jesus is bigger than us - it's from God. God is beckoning us to use our gifts, our opportunities, and our abilities to stand up and speak out against the evil, injustices and oppressions we see and experience in this world.
