Jack Walton spent his childhood on the Island and got the sports bug in his teenage years.
Leaving the island to study sport at university, he returned to work in sports and schools on the Island before moving to the UK to take up a role in the English FA.
We chat to Jack about coaching coaches, empowering players and how the vision of the English FA has been rolled out.
