Andy Fox spent his early years running at a competitive level in the UK. Steeplechase was his main focus and represented Wales on a number of occasions in 1978.
In 1985, Andy and his wife moved to the Island and joined the Manx Athletics Club and has held various roles within the club of the years.
Andy's running CV is littered with wins and medals for 5,000m and 10,000m amongst many others. Being a teacher all his life naturally lead into him coaching others including friend of the podcast Keith Gerrard (Episode 8).
