Punk Rock Collaboration 06 with Chico Robinson
One of the awesome things we would see in punk is at shows when musicians from different bands would join forces on stage or when one of your favorite punk singers would lend their growl to some gang vocals on another band's record.
We wanted to create that same thing here at PRC.
On this punk rock collaboration, Josh chats with Chico Robinson, a middle school social studies teacher from Phoenix. During the pandemic Chico started creating a series called Cafe con Chico where he sits down with activists, legislators, and local leaders to talk education and issues facing the community. Chico and Josh talk about where the idea for the show came from, why he thinks using his voice as and educator is important for his students and his community, and why other teachers should speak up as well.
So stand up, speak out, and get ready for a little PRC PLC.
