Meditation actually helps you with being present in the now.

Yes, it’s great to think about the future and it can be a learning opportunity to reflect on your past. However, we do more of that than being present.

I’m not gonna be asking you to do 30 minutes or 15 minute or 10 minute meditations.

Honestly, I do five minutes on average per day.

That’s what I currently have the patience for and it works great.
