you need to have specific targets that you're trying to reach, if you are not, you are winging it.
this is, what I would say is, the main contributing factor to people not reaching any sort of Fitness goal.
It doesn't matter if your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, prepare for a show, etc.
You're going to have to be very specific and measurable or you will not get there.
