I'm excited to finally reveal my second official EP today, out now via all major digital outlets.
I really wanted to showcase a select body of work I felt boldly signifies my current sound. I've been honing in on a more industrial and cinematic sound aesthetic lately; something I feel shaped the overall mood of the EP.
The three tracks all sort of came to fruition in one hit during the middle of the pandemic in 2020. Despite it being a time where clubs weren't really operating, the EP definitely represents a longing desire for crunchy saturated drums banging out through a loud system.
The EP release reveals the third and final track 'Articulation'; this one hits a little more progressive and melodic, something I feel complements some of the harder, aggressive sonic elements I played with in 'SOS' and 'Invasion'.
It's honestly been a little strange making club music when everyone's sitting at home, though now with Australia's lockdown easing I'm really excited to hear these out, and hopefully across the globe once we all open up.
