Ethan graduated from SMU in 2013 (yes he’s that young!) and worked for the likes of Spencer Ogden starting as a rookie consultant and progressing to senior consultant, principal consultant, and Business Leader for the Property and Construction sector. In March 2020, he launched Annexion Partners which aspires to be a premier Built Environment global headhunting consultancy which is backed by the global recruitment firm NextWave Partners (who you would remember we interviewed Adam Wade one of the founders late in 2019) under their "Venture" business.
In this episode, you will hear Ethan’s story of setting up a business under NextWave Ventures, the highs, and lows, and his take on the future of Built Environment, and much more.
