Welcome to the follow-up episode with Paul Endacott, Founder and CEO of Grit Search. Find out today whether the goals he adamantly committed to in episode 17 were achieved but, before you listen to this cast, firstly, check out Part One- Episode 17!
In episode 17 back in the midst of Covid, Paul set up a new search firm specialising in Digital, Technology, and Transformation across Asia. We got to look inside the head of an entrepreneur on the brink of something special. Paul shared his business goals over the next 6 to 12 months, what his hiring needs would look like and how this tech business would disrupt the Asian recruitment industry.
Paul is one of my most favourite people in this industry. He’s an empathetic, visionary leader (which I can back up that claim in the show – tune in to find out how!), and he always makes time for people. I don’t think there’s ever a time I don’t walk away from a conversation with him where I’m personally feeling pumped and full of new ideas for my own business. As always, it was an absolute pleasure to have him back on the show.
