Description

My guest is the big-picture thinker, Adil Driouech, Group Managing Director for JAC Recruitment International, the holding company for all JAC ex-Japan operations. Trust me this is a podcast not to be missed.

Adil covers how failure has build resilience in how he has built successful businesses in the past, identifies what characteristics make a successful recruiter, how trust plays a part in being a client-centric business and his dreams for an inclusive JAC Recruitment International.

For those not familiar with Adil, he’s just landed in Singapore from Japan, but this is an episode that will keep you hooked throughout. Adil is originally from Morocco, studied at the prestigious Sophia University in Tokyo, and spent most of his recruitment career in Japan working for Robert Half and RGF. He’s now in Singapore with huge plans to expand the business across all 11 countries under his jurisdiction.

This podcast really surprised me. Adil was brutally honest, and he displayed vulnerability in what hadn’t gone so well in his career and what he sees as non-negotiables when it comes to being successful. It was refreshing to hear such honesty and openness, particularly for someone at a senior level.
