Without further ado, meet Marcus Davies Bateman, Managing Director at Cobalt, based in London (moved from Singapore to London in 2020), formerly MD for Asia and currently, the MD for Cobalt's UK business. Marcus is probably the only recruitment leader in Singapore that in his previous life was a police constable policing the streets of Dorset in the UK before embarking on a career in recruitment. Marcus joined Cobalt 13 years ago as a rookie consultant and moved up the ranks to Managing Director specializing in financial services & accounting, property, construction, and engineering.
