This week, Anthony is in Garnet Valley, north of Summerland, to check out Okanagan Crush Pad's new visitor centre overlooking a wild and beautiful Garnet Valley Ranch. We speak with OCP Founder Christine Coletta about the exciting new plans for the unique 320-acre farm, including new plantings and a winemaking cellar. Journeyman wine executive Darryl Brooker, who worked with Coletta this past year, also offers his perspective.
