A lifelong outdoorsman, McCauley has always had a close connection and special place in his heart for the outdoors and retrievers. Ira is a veterinarian by vocation and an entrepreneur in spirit. Ira is a partner in Missouri's Habitat Flats hunting lodges, founder of Momarsh waterfowl products, and co-owner of two veterinary offices, he's a die-hard retriever man.
