In this episode, we invite Marcheta Evans, President of Bloomfield College, an institution that is dually designated as a Predominately Black Institution (PBI) and a Hispanic Serving Institution (HSI). President Evans talks about her road to becoming president of Bloomfield, the factors that have influenced her interest in leading the 150-year institution, and some of the initiatives she plans to enact as president.
