Then started producing, and writing in dance music blogs.
Addicted to DJing, fighting mixing wars.
We welcome Willem, co-founder of Butt Disco Burning Man camp, to Rapture Radio this week. He grew up around hip-hop and vinyl, to be eventually inspired by cross-genre turntablism, frequenting music festivals with Cut Chemist, DJ Shadow, and some of the greats. Exploring Fruity Loops, Ableton, and writing for dance music blogs inspired him to DJ with his own funky, delicious style. This set takes us on a dark, lyrical, evolving journey. P.S.
