These diets range from creating diet plans based on your metabolic type to using various health markers obtained through bloodwork. Many of them adopt keto principles.

If you are willing to spend upwards of $900 on such programmes you would be better off working with a good coach who cares about your health and can recommend and read comprehensive blood work.
