In this final episode of Season 2 we talk to Chartered Psychologist Jess Brainch.

Mental Health is becoming a much talked about topic which is fantastic.
We wanted to explore mental health and fitness; not just the more obvious benefits of exercise to mental health, but the effects of injury and other health conditions on mental health.

Jess takes us through her journey to becoming a Psychologist and the work she does now.

We feel the work Jess does is so important and really fits our philosophy of a holistic approach to health and fitness whereby different healthcare professionals all work together!
