Olivia is a Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, Mindset Specialist and Licensed Massage Therapist who migrates between Kenya and the USA.

We start by getting into the fascinating topic of fascia!
Olivia takes us through what it is, the various methods and people who have influenced her training about fascia, why it's important and our growing awareness of all the incredible things it does.

Once we know a bit more about fascia it takes us into the topic of mobility and flexibility. Olivia tells us the difference between the two, why they are important and how to incorporate them into your training.

Our last topic covers massage therapy- what it is, what to look for in a good massage therapist and why massage therapy is an important tool in your health and fitness journey.

We finish up with some questions about the use of foam rolling and thera -guns and whether or not they are beneficial in your routine.
