In this episode we are joined by the esteemed Dr Dean St Mart to unlock the science of sleep.

Dr Dean is a competitive bodybuilder, holder of seriously impressive qualifications in organic chemistry and is passionate about applying functional medicine to improve the health of athletes. He is well known in the fitness industry as a pharmacologist and has his own supplement line.

Dr Dean takes us into the biochemistry of sleep and whilst it does get a bit sciencey it is absolutely fascinating.
