• George's Lessons for Young Professionals:
1. Exploration is for the other guys. Come in later and do the development drilling.
2. When on a winning streak, don't feel like you have to keep investing.
3. Be careful about going into debt.
4. As a professional in the industry, stay flexible, and be able to do as many jobs as you can.
