I consistently ask my staff members and myself, “Did you keep your side of the road clean?” Were you confident in your delivery? Did you explain it simply and clearly? If you didn’t, it’s a chance for some self-discovery and growth.
Mindset is half the battle. Maybe more than half! We have to first understand what it is we have to offer before we can convey that in a way that makes sense to others.
