Do Chiropractors TREAT ODD? No, absolutely not. So how do we communicate the benefits of Chiropractic in a way that makes sense?
Always remember the number 1 rule: Behavior is a window into the brain. They are clues to where we are in brain development. As we move through development, we gain more sophisticated tools. When we have gaps in brain development, we see increases in deflective behavior. We have to see these kids as MORE than their deficits or diagnosis. It is our job to know more, not necessarily do more.
Listen to this lesson from Dr. Amy on how to tie this back to Chiropractic so we can be the most trusted advisor and really help these kids.
