Whether you've been open this whole time or are just now opening back up, things most certainly look different. This can be really challenging to a lot of individuals. The toys are gone, the check in process is different, people might be wearing masks and gloves. It may not seem like a big deal to you but trust me, it's a massive change to a really regular routine that these kids have gotten used to and know how to predict.

Here's a really practical tip that Dr. Amy recommends you put into practice to help increase predictability for these individuals which will decrease the stress they feel when walking into a familiar environment that suddenly no longer feels familiar.
