Welcome to my new Deep & Sexy podcast! There are times that we need the sparks of people around us. It’s a great reminder to fuel our own sparks as well and shine bright into the world. It’s all about what we focus on. We are powerful and can have an impact on the people around us and maybe even bigger, the communities we are part of and from there spread that frequency to even more people. It’s very contagious to me when I see someone in their full power. Whether it’s an athlete getting ready for his/her ultimate race at the Olympics or just someone being loving and caring towards their loved ones. I see powerful sparks when that happens in front of me. So I want to remind you to focus on your own spark and show and share them with the people around you.
