Moe Aduan arrived in the United States at age 18 to build his life: he put himself through college by making falafel and driving taxis before graduating from the University of Colorado, Denver, with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Aduan has earned a reputation for teaching entrepreneurs how to succeed, designing seminars and consulting one-on-one on development, entity decisions, and best practices. He builds strategic models that grow businesses via systems, processes, and focused timelines, delivering results. In 2009, he founded Royal Bookkeeping and Accounting, and has since gone on to help businesses scale, Helping numerous firms go public. He has founded or co-founded and invested in more than 30 businesses, leading or assisting with strategic acquisitions that have contributed accretive value to companies’ portfolios. Profitable endeavors include NuLeaf Naturals, which was #16 in 2020 on Inc.’s 5000 list, boasting a three-year growth of 11,495 percent; the quickly growing Meetn.com, a Zoom competitor based in Vancouver; and RBAS Payroll, which was acquired by Paycheck.
In September 2023, Aduan will be a featured expert at Dragon Summit in Vancouver with his co-founder business partner Dan Lok, an elite business conference where nine-figure industry leaders connect. He is a board member of Denver’s Mile High Club, a professional membership organization that fosters discussion on a broad range of subjects relating to the community at large, and he supports Friends of Gueoul, which enables Senegalese girls to achieve success through educational resources. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and spending time with his two sons.
