Listen

Description

Former executive director of Worship Resources, Dr. Cynthia Wilson, rejoins the Worship Team to talk about her new venture as the founder and director of the Junius B. Dotson Institute. Listen in as Cynthia shares vision and plans of the Institute and how it figures to be both innovative and historical, archiving a rich tradition for the whole church and at the same time grounding and training new worship leaders for the church today. The “and beyond” part of the title is very important to her as she envisions an instrument for the whole church, not just the Black and/or Africana church. Based out of Garrett Evangelical Seminary in Chicago, and partnering with Discipleship Ministries, the Institute will have a global impact and a Kin-dom vision.
