The first BPT interview of 2026 is with Chris Brownlow, Bread with Benefits.

Chris’ background is in agriculture and his wife Sara's background is medicine. Chris used to be responsible for 10% of the national potato crop in Ireland through his role of Potato Manager with what now is Tayto Snacks. He went from growing/sourcing potatoes for a crisp company to working in Chapter One for a week with Ross Lewis whilst on a 3 month full time cookery course at the Dublin Cookery School to starting up a food experience based in the Boyne Valley that uses bread to tell a story of sustainability, health, history and sharing an understanding of how food choices can affect you and the environment.
