- Ring Of Honor held Death Before Dishonor featuring Claudio Castagnoli (c) Vs. Pac for the ROH World Championship & Athena (c) Vs. Willow Nightingale for the ROH Women's World Championship.
- In WWE's developmental NXT held The Great American Bash featuring Tiffany Stratton (c) Vs. Thea Hail for the NXT Women's Championship & Carmelo Hayes (c) Vs. Ilja Dragunov for the NXT Championship.
- Meanwhile WWE's main roster held SummerSlam featuring Asuka (c) Vs. Bianca Belair Vs. Charlotte Flair for the WWE Women's Championship & Roman Reigns (c) Vs. Jey Uso for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship.
- NJPW's G1 Climax concluded with the final of Kazuchika Okada Vs. Tetsuya Naito. Plus the announcment of All Star Junior Festival USA featuring Cheeseburger & Real1.
- AEW's road to Wembley detours thru both Fight for the Fallen & Fyter Fest (TV) before returning stateside for All Out the following weekend. Chris and Alex question the card announced for All In, taking place in only 2 weeks!
- Lastly, one of us is coming out of local footy retirement, who's pulling on the boots & can they get a win before the end of the season?
