This mixtape explores the new grooves within today’s “breaks, bass & bleeps” scene (to borrow the title of a legendary compilation series from the early 90s). The first 45 minutes were recorded live at Virage in Paris, during the @collectifrise slot on Wednesday, 24 July 2024. I added a few tracks I wanted to play but didn’t have time for, then included some dubstep to relax after all the high tempos, and finished with a transition track to bring back the high energy or pivot to techno.
