2-3-2019 Passed Ball Show- John opens the show by apologizing for the cold he has and how it is impacting the sound of his voice. The New York Knicks made a solid trade with the attempt to save some salary cap space. Hopefully, this will lead the team to two max players. The problem with Madison Square Garden is the fact that New York looks at it as the place to be and because of that believes a winning team should be handed to them by the NBA. Yes, the Garden is full virtually every game, but it is full because it is owned by the corporations who buy the tickets up in advance. Stop with this silly insinuations that the die hard fans still fill the building in spite of having one of the worst teams in the NBA. John shares some interesting Super Bowl facts about the Rams and Patriots, where they each came from, their records in Championship Games, and the fact that Bill Belichick and Tom Brady have played in more Super Bowls than any team in NFL history. Finally, John talks about the reasons Don Coryell and Tom Flores should have made it into this year's Pro Football Hall of Fame class.
