12-20-2022 Passed Ball Show. John opens up this show by talking about Jacob deGrom’s decision to leave the Mets and New York. John specifically talks about Jake’s right to not want to thank the fans, the Mets, and New York if he truly does not want to. John makes the comparison to a “forced” apology- one that we ALL know is not sincere. John states that Jacob has the right to have not liked his time with the Mets, to have not liked his time with the fans, and to have not liked his time in New York. Fans and the media have the right to treat him however they want as a result. John then laughs about something that has proven to be true. You ever notice that every fan that complains about the officiating during an NFL game happens to also be a fan of the team that loses. Coincidence? Of course not. John gives an unequivocal answer on who the worst coach in the history of the NFL is and finishes off ruffling feathers by stating why Trevor Bauer has the right to work.
