Philippians 2:12-16 - We continue our recognition of this season of new beginnings with a call to recommit to our identity as learners. In his wisdom, God has chosen to work in part through his Spirit-indwelt people in the here and now. This means it is crucial that we take the task of learning, maturing, being sanctified, and becoming spiritually formed seriously for the love of God and the good of our family, neighbors, and ourselves. In the words of Paul, we are to "work out our salvation," all the while knowing that it is God's gracious activity that drives it all. A sermon by Cameron Heger.
