Everybody is talking about the medical expansion or what they called the sooner care part 2 which is of the vote they took not so long ago that made institutional amendment to the Oklahoma constitution to expand medicaid based on some of the federal government requirements. In a managed care system, physicians are incentivised to provide a much better maintenance care on an ongoing basis to help keep people out of the hospital. And the big hospitals are trying to oppose it because their business will be blown away when people will not be having to take hospital procedures anymore due to quality health maintenance. And now it will be the people's choice which perspective they should take.
