It shows the close margin between the two. The shortage of new houses has created an affordability problem but it’s actually not a big problem because people that are coming in the area makes the economy improve. What’s important is to maintain the affordability that creates housing opportunities for people in all spectrums. Home ownership is very important because it affects the economy and the safety of the community.
