Offer deadline or the bid opening date where the seller gives a due time for the buyer's offer. But if you are the seller and you set an offer submission deadline then you must give at least a 3-5 day window for buyers to see it, for agents to get it to their buyers, to schedule the appointment and to write the offer. But when you are on the buyers side, setting an offer expiration might make your offer less appealing to the seller. So that will not be a nice idea to do.
