Filtering photos is now a trend but in real estate you must not cross the line when it comes to photo editing. Over filtering a photo is not good either, it would be better to represent your property the way it really is, make sure you are attracting people who will be impressed by what they will see rather than be disappointed. It is much better to have fewer people who come to see your property and liking what they see rather than having a lot of people who look at your property but getting disappointed because of misrepresentation.
