This 3rd relief bill concerns more into the business owners and not to individual tax. Its main criteria is that you must have a 25 percent reduction in revenue in any comparable quarter between 2020 and 2019 and it only needs to be one quarter. And this act also made it easier for the business owner to get a loan under 150,000$ for the substantiation is less compared to having a loan above that amount. This act really made it a lot more easier for small business owners.
