Kristina Smallhorn talks about tiny homes and barndominiums to give us further ideas to help us make a better choice. Barndominiums are still good for you to get tax breaks on it for it is considered as an agricultural building but it is also not necessarily affordable for steel and concrete prices are going up. But another good thing about it is you can get a home loan for it using a conventional loan. Another option for a housing are tiny houses, it has two types of tiny houses, one that has wheels on it and another that is attached on land. Tiny houses are good options too but you may find it difficult to get a housing loan for it for it may be hard to have it insured. It's just all about affordable housing at what perfectly fits your needs.
