414 new listings for the past seven days have been recorded and 613 properties that are pending to be closed which is about 200 more than the new listings. And the number of closed sales for the past seven days is 514, the gap is closing between new listings and closed and pending sales. It is somehow a good news because we don’t want the market so hot that it will be completely unavailable for home buyers and home sellers.
And another news from the association of home builders, a new research report says regulatory costs add a wapping 93,870 to new home prices and 41,330 is attributable during development only. 52,540 is due to the construction process. The study shows how over regulation is exacerbating the nation's housing affordability crisis and that policy makers should take bold steps to reduce or eliminate unnecessary regulations.
