But on the other hand we also have a shortage in labor and the materials to get to that dream house that we want. And most of the big saw millers in the US and around the world have shut down when covid started and we also need to import a lot of lumber from Canada. The Canadian lumber relationship has been difficult for 4 or 5 decades because most of the timber mills in Canada are owned by the government and they can impose a price that they want. And the options to stop these problems for affordable housing is to impose tariffs on China and also to impose additional tariffs on Canada or do investigation to sawmills all over the United States that is keeping prices high.
