Heather Vest at Tulsa VIP Home Show talked with Laura Raphael about the Tulsa Library Summer Reading Program where her son won a medal. Tulsa loved to give or acknowledge children who liked reading. Heather's family already joined this activity to show their love to reading and this is also a family activity.
