Episode 41: John Grant
John came into the limelight with his band the Czars who started out in 1994. He released his first solo album 'Queen Of Denamrk' in 2010 which was named album of the year by Mojo magazine. John has an immense ability to write heartfelt songs with a combination of profound and humourous themes.
His subsequent albums 'Pale Green Ghosts', 'Grey Tickles and Black Pressure' and 'Love is Magic' have all showcased his talents as a supreme singer, songwriter and self-confessed synth-lover! His latest album 'Boy From Michigan' was released in June this year and sounds fantastic - I highly recommend you see him on tour later this year!
