This week marks the ninth anniversary of the creation of the First Church of Cannabis in Indianapolis. The Church was created under a provision in Indiana's Religious Freedom Restoration Act. We spoke this week with founder Bill Levin. We discussed not only the Church but also how attitudes towards marijuana have changed and the possibility of legalization in Indiana.
