At the end of the second week of the Indiana General Assembly Governor Eric Holcomb says he is going to have to work hard to persuade lawmakers to pass a hands-free driving cell phone bill and House Speaker Brian Bosma tells Indy Politics that despite things moving quickly, he's hesitant to say lawmakers will finish up their work early.
