Indiana lawmakers met this morning to discuss whether to cut taxes.
In a conference committee hearing on HB 1002, both House and Senate as well as Democrats and Republicans expressed their opinions regarding Indiana's finances and whether the state should cut taxes, pay off pension liability or invest in new programs.
