Description

Starting on Monday, I'm taking on a new challenge. I will be starting a 9-week diet, with the goal of losing 10 pounds. I've dieted down quite a few times before, but this one is going to be different. I'm using a diet plan — a structure built around three phases of dieting — that I've never used before.

I plan to document the entire process and share it with all of you so that you can learn how to set up a sustainable diet plan for yourself! To kick off the diet, I'm breaking down all of the details for you in this video!
