Description

The Game Changers podcast celebrates those true pioneers in education who are building schools for tomorrow. In the sixth episode of the fourth series of the Game Changers podcast, we talk with Michael Lim, Senior Manager at YLab Global. Michael is passionate about empowering young people through education, mentoring and community volunteering. Since 2017, Michael has been the CEO of a small non-for-profit called Community Health Advancement and Student Engagement (CHASE), which works to improve health literacy in disadvantaged high school students across Melbourne's western suburbs. In this episode, he speaks on his work in Melbourne's West, helping schools put students' interests first, and why he finds it hard to 'switch off'.
