Description

The Game Changers podcast celebrates those true pioneers in education who are building schools for tomorrow. In this second episode of Series Seven of the Game Changers podcast, we talk with Mond Qu Founder & Director of United Make, an experimental think-tank and multi-disciplinary studio based in Melbourne. Mond pushes the frontiers of design through the act of making; from deep materials research, visceral immersive experiences, interactive artworks or modular furniture, to large-scale speculations. Working in research, practice, and teaching internationally, Mond challenges designers to innovate and embrace the challenges of the 21st century. In this episode, he discusses why we all should adopt the designer mindset in a world that needs us to be more curious than ever before, the power of habits, and shares some case studies of how he approaches problems and learning.
